Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Submitted articles must be original or extended version of original work which should not have been published anywhere else or under consideration of publication when submitted to International Research Journal of Scientific Studies
  • The submission manuscript must be in acceptable format provided by International Research Journal of Scientific Studies. Author(s) are requested to refer and download acceptable template from Download section.
  • All the communications from International Research Journal of Scientific Studies will be done with First Author who will be also termed as “Corresponding Author”.
  • Author has to submit their research paper in two column format in A4 Paper with Portrait Orientation only without changing any style or margin from Manuscript Template. All the text should be of Bookman Old Style font of size 12 with Title of Paper of Size 14.
  • All the figures in manuscript should be .jpeg format. Figure should be of sufficient pixel and size which should describe its purpose. Tables and figures should be numbered sequentially with proper illustrative heading below it.
    Figures or tables having more than one part should be numbered and indicated separately.
  • Equations should be in MS Word Equation editor. While writing equations, it is suggested that to check superscripts/subscripts of the equations. It is sole responsibility of author to write correct equation all the time.
  • After writing final conclusion of your work, authors should mention list of abbreviations and their meaning. Abbreviations list can be included in manuscript before reference.
  • Author can also include list of acknowledgement in separate section for all respective contributors.
    In acknowledgement section author can include list of patents or awards associated with his/her study.
  • Author has to number all the citations sequentially by square bracket only [1]. Provide all the references associated with your work to avoid copyright claim or plagiarism. It is expected to write references in referring style with all the details like page number, year of publication, publisher’s name, etc.
  • By submitting an article, authors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to Terms and Conditions Policy of International Research Journal of Scientific Studies.

Submission of a Research Article(s) in the International Research Journal of Scientific Studies implies that the work has not been published previously and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. If accepted, will not be published elsewhere without the written consent of the Editor/Publisher. The Editor(s) reserve the right to edit, remove or otherwise alter all contributions if they find any plagiarised or copyrighted material at any time. Neither the Journal nor the Publisher in any way are responsible for subsequent uses of the work. The views expressed in the Research Article(s) belong solely to the Author(s).
