Author Guidelines
International Research Journal of Scientific Studies is Open Access Peer reviewed Online Journal which invites unique, unpublished and original work research work from various fields of Engineering, Science & Technology. Our Editorial Board Members from various Academics and Industries will help authors to publish their work by avoiding plagiarism. Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.
An editor may reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research arguments are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
Author Responsibility
- It is sole responsibility of author to publish original work, therefore it is advised to avoid copying content.
- Authors should cite or mention person or work which is referred from other articles or published contents.
- Any unethical practice, knowingly infringing the quality of publication is strictly prohibited.
- Repetitive publication of same content is strictly prohibited and if observed such authors are liable for legal action.
- It is sole responsible of First Author to mention the names of all authors or any other person who is responsible or involved in Research work.
- It is sole responsible of authors to inform Editor or Representative of International Research Journal of Scientific Studies, if any correction or inaccuracy in Published work discovered.
- Though International Research Journal of Scientific Studies is dedicated to publish Original work, it is the sole responsibility of user to inform any copyright infringement claim. Such claims should be conveyed to Editor with all necessary proofs.
- If author’s work involves any procedure to animal or human subjects, then it is sole responsible of author to obtain necessary compliance from appropriate Institutions or governing body. Author must mention such declaration in his manuscript showing that all the procedure or work is done according to legal procedure and necessary compliance is obtained.
- It is author’s sole responsibility to follow and obey all the human and animal rights while publishing his/her research work. International Research Journal of Scientific Studies or its any representative will not be liable for any conflicts arising due to such event.
- It is sole responsibility of author to respect all religious, community beliefs or human beliefs while publishing his/her work. Author should follow proper procedure to maintain dignity of all religion, community or human being.
Submission Process Outline:
International Research Journal of Scientific Studies is dedicated towards quality oriented research publications. To ensure quality and integrity of manuscripts, we accepts only original work based manuscripts. We strictly avoid any duplicate work and therefore we always follow our Acceptance Process through plagiarism and reviewing of each manuscript through 2 blind Reviewers.
Step 1: Author submit his/her research work on our website or by email on irjss.editor@gmail.com
Step 2: All the submitted articles are tested for format and checked for minor corrections. No more than 3 mistakes are allowed. All papers are sent for peer review process through 2 blind reviewer process.
Step 3: Editorial Board Members/Reviewers from related field of research selects, rejects or revises your work.
Step 4: If manuscript is accepted for Final submission then author have to send full manuscript, Proof of Online Payment & Author Declaration Form.

Step 5: Once you have completed all this process, editor will publish your work. You will be informed via email by Editor, and Soft copy of Certificate & published work will be sent to you.
