Author Guidelines

International Research Journal of Scientific Studies is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and case studies in all areas of scientific studies. The journal aims to provide a platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to share their research findings and ideas with a global audience.

 

Manuscript Submission

1. Online Submission: Authors can submit their manuscripts online through the journal's website. The online submission system will guide authors through the submission process. 

All submissions must be accompanied by a completed copyright statement. Manuscripts received without this statement will not be considered for publication. Click here to download Copyright Statement Form.

 

2. Email Submission: Authors can also submit their manuscripts via email to International Research Journal of Scientific irjss.editor@gmail.com. Please include the manuscript title, author names, and affiliations in the email.

 

3. Manuscript Preparation: Authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the journal's formatting and style guidelines (click here for Manuscript Template).

 

Manuscript Formatting and Style Guidelines

1. Language: The journal publishes articles in English Only.

2. Font: Use Bookman Old Style, size 12 points.

3. Margins: Leave 1.65cm margins on left and right side and 1.75cm on top and bottom side.

4. Line Spacing: Use double-line spacing throughout the manuscript.

5. Headings: Use headings and subheadings to organize the manuscript.

6. Tables and Figures: Include tables and figures in the manuscript, and provide captions and legends as necessary.

7. References: Use the IEEE referencing style.

 

Manuscript Structure

In general, Manuscript Structure can be as follows. Author(s) can modify Manuscript structure with relevance to their research topic.

1. Title Page: Include the manuscript title, author names, affiliations, and contact information.

2. Abstract: Provide a concise abstract.

3. Introduction: Introduce the research topic, provide background information, and state the research objectives.

4. Literature Review: Review the relevant literature on the research topic.

5. Methodology: Describe the research methodology, including the research design, sampling strategy, and data collection methods.

6. Results: Present the research findings, including tables, figures, and graphs.

7. Discussion: Interpret the research findings, discuss the implications, and provide recommendations.

8. Conclusion: Summarize the research findings and implications.

9. References: List all sources cited in the manuscript.

10. Appendices: Include any additional materials, such as raw data, extra figures or tables, and detailed descriptions of methodologies.

 

Peer Review Process

1. Initial Review: The manuscript will undergo an initial review by the editor to determine its suitability for publication.

2. Peer Review: The manuscript will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers, who will provide feedback on the manuscript's content, methodology, and presentation.

3. Revision and Resubmission: The author will be given the opportunity to revise and resubmit the manuscript based on the peer reviewers' feedback.

4. Final Decision: The editor will make a final decision on the manuscript's publication based on the peer reviewers' feedback and the author's revisions.

 

Publication Process

1. Copy Editing: The manuscript will undergo copy editing to ensure that it meets the journal's formatting and style guidelines.

2. Proofreading: The manuscript will be proofread to ensure that it is free of errors.

3. Publication: The manuscript will be published online and in print, and will be made available on the journal's website.

4. Indexing: The manuscript will be indexed in relevant databases and repositories to ensure its discoverability and accessibility.

 

Submission Process Outline:

International Research Journal of Scientific Studies is dedicated towards quality oriented research publications. To ensure quality and integrity of manuscripts, we accepts only original work based manuscripts. We strictly avoid any duplicate work and therefore we always follow our Acceptance Process through plagiarism and reviewing of each manuscript through 2 blind Reviewers.

Step 1: Author submit his/her research work on our website by online submission method or by email on irjss.editor@gmail.com

Step 2: All the submitted articles are tested and checked for Plagiarism and acceptable format and checked for minor

corrections. No more than 3 mistakes are allowed. All papers are sent for peer review process through 2 blind reviewer process.

Step 3: Editorial Board Members/Reviewers from related field of research selects, rejects or revises your work.

Step 4: If manuscript is accepted for Final submission then author have to send full manuscript, Proof of Online Payment.

Step 5: Once you have completed all this process, editor will publish your work. You will be informed via email by Editor, and Soft copy of Certificate & published work will be sent to you.

 

Author Responsibilities

1. Originality: Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere.

2. Accuracy: Authors must ensure that their work is accurate and reliable.

3. Confidentiality: Authors must ensure that they do not disclose confidential or proprietary information in their work.

4. Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest, including financial or personal relationships that could influence the research.

1. Open Access: International Research Journal of Scientific Studies is an open-access journal, and all articles are available online without subscription or access fees.

2. Copyright: International Research Journal of Scientific Studies publishes articles under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

3. Plagiarism: International Research Journal of Scientific Studies has a zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism, and all manuscripts are screened for plagiarism
