Plagiarism Policy
1: DEFINITION OF PLAGIARISM
1.1 Plagiarism is defined as the act of presenting someone else's work, ideas, or words as one's own, without proper acknowledgment or citation.
2: PROHIBITED ACTS
2.1 The following acts are strictly prohibited and may lead to penalties:
2.2 Direct Plagiarism: Copying and pasting from another source without proper citation.
2.3 Paraphrasing Plagiarism: Rewording or rephrasing someone else's work without proper citation.
2.4 Mosaic Plagiarism: Blending one's own words with someone else's words without proper citation.
2.5 Self-Plagiarism: Reusing one's own previously published work without proper citation.
2.6 Accidental Plagiarism: Failing to properly cite sources due to carelessness or ignorance.
2.7 Collusion: Collaborating with others to commit plagiarism.
3: PENALTIES FOR PLAGIARISM
3.1 International Research Journal of Scientific Studies reserves the right to impose penalties for plagiarism, including:
Rejection of Manuscript: International Research Journal of Scientific Studies may reject manuscripts found to contain plagiarism.
Withdrawal of Published Article: International Research Journal of Scientific Studies may withdraw published articles found to contain plagiarism.
Reporting to Institution: International Research Journal of Scientific Studies may report instances of plagiarism to the author's institution.
Ban from Publication: International Research Journal of Scientific Studies may ban authors found guilty of plagiarism from publishing in the journal for a specified period.
Public Notification International Research Journal of Scientific Studies may publicly notify the academic community of instances of plagiarism.
4: AUTHOR'S RESPONSIBILITY
4.1 Authors submitting manuscripts to International Research Journal of Scientific Studies are responsible for:
Ensuring Originality: Ensuring that their work is original and does not contain plagiarism.
Proper Citation: Properly citing all sources used in their work.
Obtaining Permissions: Obtaining necessary permissions for copyrighted materials.
Disclosing Conflicts of Interest: Disclosing any conflicts of interest or potential biases.
5: PLAGIARISM DETECTION
5.1 International Research Journal of Scientific Studies uses plagiarism detection software to identify instances of plagiarism.
6: APPEALS
6.1 Authors may appeal plagiarism decisions by submitting a written appeal to the Editor-in-Chief.
7: AMENDMENTS

10: GOVERNING LAW
10.1 This plagiarism policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be resolved through laws of India (Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita).
